    Lead times can vary for a number of reasons – product type, whether the material is available in the factory, whether the color of the material is available. Regardless of the situation, DSD will provide clear lead times and timelines in order to ensure whether your deadline can be met.

    There are 2 types of samples – sample of the product and customized sample. Sample of the product is the standard product. Customized sample means your particular material, design or logo specs. Both can be made available, but the amounts will vary and delivery from China will need to be bourne by the customer.

    Yes we can include it. You can be assured that there is no margin on delivery fees. We work with trusted logistics that can provide us with the most cost effective solutions.

    Yes depending on the size of the order, there could be a difference between the two. We would provide the quotation for you to make your decision.

    If you have them, great. If not, no problem. DSD also has an in-house design team that will provide a rendering of your product for review and approval.
